The duck is not a Peking duck that many thinks. No, the preparation starts for about two days ago. First we marinated the duck in our five spice at day one. Day two we started to steam it upon your ordering. Steaming the duck preserves the taste and makes the meat tender. Then we quciky pan fry the skin to make it crispy while th great taste is preserved. Then we season it with our chef's soy sauce - this is the sauce that won him a prize back in his days at chef academy - and we have become tired of hearing this from him time to time!
