The Asian pick of a dimsum wine has both the elegance and the perfect fruity acidity to it. The ume fruit is different from grape, and it belongs to the same family as prune where fruits like cherry, apricot and peach also belongs. The wine has 10% alcohol and a delicate balance of acidity and fruitiness fragrance. The wine originates from Japan, where Choya is the brand that has over time been associated with gaozi.
