Siu Mai is also known as the Big Three! Meaning that there are three dimsums that every tea drinkers in China orders. Somehow they never get tired or these three combinations that they have every morning. These are
1) Ha gau
2) Siu mai
3) Char siu bao
In Siu mai we worked with a wheat flour paste wrapped with long time hand chopped pork, shrimp and mushroom mix and ginger. Followed by steaming and delivered immediately to you warm after it leaves steamer!
