This menu is made for vegetarian and contains the all-time dimsum favorites from Hidden Dimsum together with a brand new tasty wok dish. In this menu you will find a nice balance between steamed and pan fried dimsum which contains:
- Vegetarian spring rolls, which contains all the fresh greens from the season finely chopped and wrapped in a thin paste. The taste is preserved by first steaming followed by a quick pan frying.
- A new vegetarian gaozi that we recently explored in our kitchen! What happens when you move out of the traditional Chinese gaozi fillings? Here we found dill is a wonderful filling for gaozi. The taste of using a dill based green fillings is nothing we ever have had before, and it surpassed the traditional Chinese veggie fillings in terms of taste and fragrance!
- Tofu dumplings with tofu and enoki mushrooms wrapped in a thin rice paste and steamed.
- A wok dish with season's veggies together with tofu and home made soya. The tofu soaks up the soya sauce, and creates explosions of taste in the mouth. Served with wild rice.
